I am pleased that you have chosen the Westlock Foundation facility (Pembina or Smithfield) as your future home. We promote a sense of belonging, trust, and reciprocity. Our employees work very hard to provide a friendly, safe, and clean environment for all our seniors. Care (i.e. medication assistance, bath assistance, personal care) is provided by Alberta Health Services home care staff who have offices at each of our sites. Their Community Care Team Leader can be reached at 780-349-3316. It is our intent that you feel at home and that you know that you are an important part of our community.
